Today is January 10, 2009 and I have decided to post a blog in an effort to keep up with the times. I do not want it to be said that you can't teach an old Mimi new tricks. My children have informed me that they are through creating grandchildren for me so I have to start getting serious about teaching them eternal truths and not just telling them how much I love them. Isn't that what grandmothers do? Or at least grandmothers who have a burning desire to know that their family will be together eternally!
Enough being so serious. Sara's children just left here and I got some really cute pictures of Jack Henry, my newest grandchild. I'm not sure if I will be able to post them on this blog because I haven't gotten that far yet. Hey, it worked. Hopefully, I'll get better at it and be able to put the picture where I want it instead of right in the middle of things. For now, though, I'm happy I was able to get this far
